Unfortunately, we have to address this stuff, and I'm sorry.  First, most everything you find here is Print-on-Demand, so as an incredibly tiny operation we do not have a return policy (and we don't get one from them).  In the extreme case of a defective or damaged product, please email us at tim @ this domain and we'll see what we can do.
